PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a maintenance provider (inspector) to efficiently form a maintenance registry even when there are entry forms different among the responsible areas of a provider office which forms maintenance registries.;SOLUTION: A maintenance registry formation device 1 is provided with: a storage unit that stores each-responsible area output form data indicating a relationship between the responsible areas of a maintenance provider and output forms set for the respective maintenance areas concerning maintenance registries; a responsible area specification unit that specifies a designated responsible area among the responsible areas; a data acquisition unit that acquires inspection/examination result data by receiving the input of a user operation common among the responsible areas; and a data output unit that outputs maintenance registry data in which the content of the inspection/examination result data has been written according to the output form of the specified responsible area by referring to the each-responsible area output form data with the specified responsible area used as a key.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
