PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new therapeutic agent for use in diabetes or diabetic complications.;SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a therapeutic agent used for diabetes or diabetic complications, the agent comprising Protein S or a protein having a 96% or more of homology with Protein S and biological activity equivalent thereto.
