PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clothing press apparatus which can change pressure for pressing clothing with a simple configuration.;SOLUTION: A clothing press apparatus 1 of the present invention includes: an upper iron 11 used for pressing clothing placed on a lower iron 12; a drive part 40 for reciprocating a piston rod 41 having one end connected to the upper iron 11 by air pressure in a direction in which the upper iron 11 and the lower iron 12 are separated from and brought into contact with each other; a locking part 42 fixed to the piston rod 41 and having a larger outer diameter than the piston rod 41; one or a plurality of restriction members 64-66 each for restricting the movement of the piston rod 41 toward the lower iron 12 by contact with the locking part 42 when disposed at a predetermined restriction position on the movement path of the locking part 42 of the piston rod 41; and a support member 62 for supporting the one or the plurality of restriction members 64-66 in such a manner as to be able to switch each of them between a first state of being disposed at the restriction position and a second state of being separated from the restriction position so as not to be brought into contact with the locking part 42.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
