EFFECTIVE UTILIZATION SYSTEM OF BAMBOO AND EFFECTIVE UTILIZATION METHOD OF BAMBOO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a closed system which is totally self-completed by using bamboo as an energy source and using energy from the energy source for manufacturing a product made of bamboo.;SOLUTION: An effective utilization system 10 of bamboo includes: material supply means 20 set up on a bamboo primary processing plant F1 managed by an enterprise which recovers bamboo and performs primary processing; energy generation means 30 set up on an energy generation plant F2 managed by an enterprise which supplies energy; and product manufacturing means 40 set up on a particle board manufacturing plant F3 managed by an enterprise which manufactures and sells a product. Therein, when the product manufacturing means 40 manufactures the product using product material from the material supply means 20, thermal generation means 31 of the energy generation means 30 utilizes electricity generated by burning waste material from the material supply means 20, therefore, bamboo material not only is used for material of the product but also is used for an energy source and energy from the energy source can be used for manufacturing the product made of bamboo.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
