PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure generality, robustness, and cost performance in determining importance of notable parts in data.SOLUTION: A data analyzing device comprises: an object data input part that receives an input of object data to be an object of analysis; a notable part data input part that receives an input of notable part data indicating notable parts in the object data; a data searching part that searches a reference data group accumulated in advance with both the object data and the notable part data as search keys; and an importance determination part that determines importance of the notable part data in the object data on the basis of a result of the search with the object data and a result of the search with the notable part data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
