PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surveillance camera for crime prevention capable of surely acquiring information of a missing person at an early stage and a crime prevention system using the surveillance camera for crime prevention.;SOLUTION: A surveillance camera 1 for crime prevention for outdoor installation includes a surveillance camera, a memory for storing a video recorded image by the surveillance camera, a power supply device and a control device for controlling them inside the a housing having durability so as to be able to be installed outdoors. Also, the surveillance camera 1 for crime prevention includes an identification information reception device configured so as to be able to receive a personal identification ID from identification information transmission means 15 storing a person identification ID which can specify an individual, and a data transmission and reception device for transmitting and receiving data to/from at least an external server 20.
