PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latent heat storage material composition that can maintain a stable gel state without impairing the performance of a latent heat storage material by supporting it onto a carrier material and without causing the bleeding out and the phase separation of the latent heat storage material from the carrier material even under a heat cycle repeating phase transition by solidification and melting and to provide a latent heat storage body.SOLUTION: The latent heat storage material composition contains not less than 30 mass% to not more than 93.5 mass% of (A) a latent heat storage material comprising a 12-50C n-paraffin capable of storing heat by latent heat, not less than 6 mass% to not more than 70 mass% of a styrene-ethylene/propylene block copolymer being (B) a carrier material for supporting the latent heat storage material (A) and not less than 0.5 mass% to not more than 5 mass% of (C) at least one kind of a gelling agent selected from a 12-24C saturated or unsaturated carboxylic acid, a hydroxycarboxylic acid and a metal salt thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
