The client terminal 20a or 20b excludes the image reading report which is being edited by other client terminal, from the detected plural image reading reports, then, edits one of residual image reading reports in response to an input operation such as observation/diagnosis. A client terminal 30 for a medical instructor edits the image reading report edited by an operation of the resident, by the input operation such as observation/diagnosis, then updates description of an experience record DB 4044 for individual.EFFECT: As an effect, training using an inspection report which is generated in actual medical practice, can be efficiently executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
