PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut down medical costs.SOLUTION: A biomedical simulation system of the present invention determines, on the basis of bio-information unique to a patient, whether or not to execute a biomedical simulation, and, to execute a biomedical simulation, generates a biological model of the specific organ of the patient on the basis of the bio-information. The biomedical simulation system executes, on the basis of the biological model, a biomedical simulation of the specific organ when a remedy is applied to the patient, and determines whether the result of the biomedical simulation satisfies a prescribed improvement rate pertaining to a symptom. When the result of the biomedical simulation does not satisfy the prescribed improvement rate, the biomedical simulation system determines that remedy expenses pertaining to a surgical operation of the patient will not be refunded. When the result of the biomedical simulation satisfies the prescribed improvement rate, the biomedical simulation system determines that a surgical operation of the patient be carried out.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
