PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To complete action within predetermined time while performing decision making by distributed processing.SOLUTION: A distributed processing system comprises: first determination means for determining whether or not action can be completed within predetermined time based on time information required for each processing; second determination means for determining whether or not execution of processing inquired from a low-order unit to a high-order unit is permitted to the low-order unit; display means for displaying information related to the processing inquired to the high-order unit; and permission means permitting the execution of the processing inquired to the low-order unit while omitting or simplifying display processing performed by the display means or determination processing performed by the second determination means when the action determined to be unable to be completed within the predetermined time by the first determination means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
