PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line borrowing system capable of reducing a disconnection number of the same line during construction.;SOLUTION: A line borrowing system comprises: a construction information storage unit for storing construction identification information to be able to identify construction of a communication line in association with date and time information on when the construction is executed; a borrowing line information storage unit for storing the construction identification information in association with line identification information to identify a communication line to be handled; and a same line construction extraction unit that refers to the construction information storage unit and the borrowing line information storage unit, associates the construction identification information with the line identification information and the date and time information using the construction identification information as a key, and extracts constructions having the same line identification information but different date and time information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
