PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vein visualization system which is handsfree, and nonetheless enables a living body area and its surroundings to be visually recognized free from any sense of discomfort and therefore does not cause puncture error due to erroneous vein detection, and a vein visualization program and a vein visualization method.SOLUTION: An information processing device 5 performs: processing to generate a composite image in which a living body area in a visible light image obtained from second imaging means 4 is replaced with a living body area in a near infrared ray image obtained from first imaging means 3; and processing to output the composite image to a non-transparent type head-mounted display 1, thereby a composite dynamic image in which the living body area is the near infrared ray image showing a visualized vein and its surroundings is the visible light image is displayed in the non-transparent type head-mounted display 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
