PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely perform positioning of a projection image among a plurality of projector devices.;SOLUTION: With a first adjusting projection image that a first projector device projects, a first adjustment area whose brightness inclination direction is a first direction is formed. With a second adjusting projection image that a second projector device projects, a second adjustment area is formed whose brightness inclination is reverse and whose position matches relative to those of the first adjusting projection image. An area where the first and the second adjustment areas overlap is photographed and a change in brightness is measured in a direction perpendicular to the first direction.
