PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether or not utterance in conversation has been performed at an appropriate timing.SOLUTION: In a communication skill evaluation system 1, a photographing device 4 photographs a participant in conversation, and a voice input device 2 inputs voice data of the participant in conversion, and a measurement device 3 measures a nonverbal behavior in conversation of the participant. An utterance section detection part 53 detects start time and end time of each utterance and the participant who has uttered on the basis of the voice data. A next speaker estimation part 54 estimates next speaker probability as probability that each participant utters the next after the end of each utterance in conversation on the basis of a measurement result by the measurement device 3. An evaluation part 55 calculates a value of a skill determination parameter quantitatively representing a communication skill for each utterance on the basis of the next speaker probability when the utterance is started for each participant. A reproduction control part 58 performs display of a video and output of a voice of the participant in conversation by reproducing the video data, and displays the skill determination parameter of each utterance of the participant.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
