PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging technique of a high imaging precision by using a new index on the basis of a speckle for replacing a speckle contrast.;SOLUTION: A speckle imaging apparatus 1 comprises: a coherent light irradiation part 11 for irradiating a coherent light on an imaging object; a speckle image pickup part 12 for imaging a speckle from a scattered light of the imaging object irradiated by the coherent light; and a speckle intensity calculation part 15 for calculating the speckle intensity on the basis of the absolute value of a difference between the brightness distribution of the speckle and the brightness distribution of a non-speckle.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
