The present invention relates to an effective amount of 2-[(2R) -2-methylpyrrolidin-2-yl] -1H-benzimidazole-4-carboxamide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof together with standard treatment for a subject. And a method of treating triple negative breast cancer in said subject comprising administering an effective amount of carboplatin.
