A refining system for fats and oils, a method for refining rice bran oil using the same, and processed rice bran oil. The oil purification system consists of a water circulation system, a deoxidation and deodorization system, and a decolorization system. The water circulation system includes a cold water circulation unit, a hot water circulation unit, and a room temperature water circulation unit. The cold water circulation unit is composed of a cold water device and a cold water pipeline. The hot water circulation unit is composed of a hot water apparatus and a hot water pipeline. The room temperature water circulation unit is composed of a room temperature water pipeline. The deodorizing deodorizing system comprises a preheating unit, an evaporating unit, a first condensing unit, a first thermal conduction oil conduit and a second thermal conduction oil conduit. The decoloring system comprises a first reheat unit, a first distillation unit, a second condensation unit, a third thermal conduction oil conduit, and a fourth thermal conduction oil conduit. The refining method of rice bran oil consists of deacidification and deodorization, decolorization, three-stage refining and degreasing by dewaxing.
