CONFERENCE SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD FOR CHAIRMAN AUTHORITY, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conference system capable of smoothly shifting a chairman of a conference even in the case where each of persons in charge presents multiple materials as a chairman in one conference.;SOLUTION: A conference system comprises: storage means for storing multiple conference materials; transmission means for transmitting the conference materials stored in the storage means to portable terminals; conference material access means for controlling the conference materials stored in the storage means from one or more portable terminals; and display control means for controlling display of the conference materials that are controlled by the conference material access means, on the other portable terminals. The multiple conference materials and managers are correspondingly stored, whether it is control from a stored manager is discriminated and if the control from the stored manager is discriminated, the conference material access means is allowed to control the conference materials.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
