The present invention relates to a base-isolated swing slab supporting apparatus for constructing a slab, which is conventionally supported by beam structures on column structures, to have base isolation properties and a method for constructing a base-isolated swing slab using same, wherein the slab is supported in a suspended manner under beam structures so as to horizontally move relative thereto. Accordingly, the present invention provides a base-isolated swing slab supporting apparatus which can effectively prevent the shaking of a slab when a building vibrates and a method for constructing a base-isolated swing slab using same.
