PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor required for browsing a mill sheet electronic file and shorten the time required before the browsing, while securing the original guarantee property of the mill sheet electronic file.;SOLUTION: A host computer 20 generates a mill sheet electronic file as an original on the basis of an inspection after manufacturing of a steel plate, and generates, on the basis of the file, a mill sheet electronic file of a browsing version including the same information. By storing the mill sheet electronic file of the browsing version in a disclosure region accessible on the basis of a URI or the like, it can be accessed from an orderer terminal 30 or customer terminal 40 via a network 1.
