PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound thin film solar cell base material, a compound thin film solar cell, a compound thin film solar cell module, a compound thin film solar cell base material manufacturing method and a compound thin film solar cell manufacturing method, which can inhibit the occurrence of deformation at an interface of a light absorption layer and a layer adjacent to the light absorption layer.;SOLUTION: A compound thin film solar cell base material comprises: a back electrode 12 formed by molybdenum; a light absorption layer 14 which is formed by a compound semiconductor which contains Cu, Zn and Sn, and further contains at least one of S and Se; and a diffusion constraint layer 13 between the back electrode 12 and the light absorption layer 14, for constraining concentration diffusion of at least one of S and Se which are contained in the light absorption layer 14 to the back electrode 12.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
