PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a culture medium for cultivating tomatoes, and a cultivation device of tomatoes and a cultivation method of tomatoes using the medium which have sufficient water holding property for growth of tomatoes, can selectively grow tomatoes having strong sour taste and weak umami flavor.SOLUTION: There are provided a culture medium for cultivating tomatoes which uses a chip containing ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, in which a shape of the chip is columnar, flat or flaky, arithmetic average roughness, which is measured according to JIS B0601, of a side surface in a columnar chip, a curved surface in a circumferential direction with a shorter direction as a central axis in a flat chip, and a principal surface in a flaky chip is 0.05 μm or more, and a cultivation device of tomatoes and a cultivation method of tomatoes using the medium.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
