PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compensation prediction calculation device, a prediction server, a prediction program and a prediction method for rational setting of compensation in a membership introduction marketing organization.SOLUTION: A compensation determination rule is configured to: comprise (1) arrangement information which is mapped so as to construct a hierarchy in which respective members are arranged and filled virtually on respective nodes of a binary tree data structure; (2) and based on, a commodity purchase total number (S(i)) which is a total number of commodities which a member belonging to a lower hierarchy branched from a certain member purchased, a predetermined maximum limit value (M) and a predetermined compensation radix (g), based on the arrangement information, about the compensation value of each member, calculate a provisional compensation value (P(i)) obtained by discretizing the commodity purchase total number by the compensation radix and evaluating, for every hierarchy, then determine the compensation value so that the provisional compensation value does not exceed the maximum limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
