PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fungus suppressing operation method for bathrooms capable of reducing a running cost while appropriately suppressing proliferation of fungi in a bathroom.SOLUTION: A bathroom heating/drying machine A with a mist sauna function includes: mist spray means F that sprays mist-like warm water to a bathing space K in a bathroom Y; ventilation means 10 that exhausts air in the bathing space K to the outside; and air heating means U that sucks and heats the air in the bathing space K and then, ventilates the bathing space K. The fungus suppressing operation method for bathrooms suppresses proliferation of fungi in the bathroom Y using the bathroom heating/drying machine A with the mist sauna function includes: performing a mist operation of actuating the mist spray means F for 15-20 minutes; and then executing a drying operation for actuating the ventilation means 10 and the air heating means U or a ventilation operation for actuating the ventilation means 10, for 60-120 minutes.
