PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visualize the state of residual capacity of a radio communication line in an easy manner for a user to understand it, and to increase the communication capacity of the radio communication line or give and take communication capacity to and from another radio communication line in a simple method.SOLUTION: A communication capacity management device comprises: a residual capacity management unit for managing the residual capacity of communication capacity with an expiration date; an information acquisition unit for acquiring, from the residual capacity management unit, residual capacity information representing the residual capacity of communication capacity and time limit information representing the expiration date of the communication capacity of a radio communication line; an image generation unit for generating a residual capacity image corresponding to the residual capacity information; and a transmission unit for transmitting the residual capacity image and the time limit information to a communication terminal device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
