PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbid water treatment method and a turbid water treatment system which can efficiently treat the turbid water in a pollution prevention frame which is made cloudy by dredging.SOLUTION: In a turbid water treatment method, a predetermined water area is surrounded by a pollution prevention frame 11, the turbid water in the pollution prevention frame which is made cloudy by dredging is treated, and according to a treatment amount of the turbid water, the capacity of a portion 14 which stores turbid water before treatment in the pollution prevention frame is decreased.
