PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for increasing an efficiency of the protein production in eukaryotic cells.SOLUTION: In a method for expressing a target protein in eukaryotic cells, the transfer of a target mRNA from a nucleus to cytoplasm is promoted by performing at least one of the steps (A1) and (A2) described herein. By performing at least one of those steps, the transfer of the target mRNA, which is transcribed in a nucleus, to cytoplasm is promoted, and thus the expression of the target protein in cytoplasm is enhanced. The (A1) is a step of expressing a fusion RNA (X1), which includes the target mRNA and MS2 binding sequences, and a fusion protein (Y1), which includes the MS2 and the TAP, in the eukaryotic cells. The (A2) is a step of expressing a fusion RNA (X2), which includes the target mRNA and the RRE, and a protein (Y2), which includes the Rev, in the eukaryotic cells.
