PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation construction method for a sheet-covered structure capable of providing an excellent heat insulating effect by a thick air layer, a sheet-covered structure to which heat insulating construction is applied, a spacer member for the heat insulating construction, and a hollow plate for the heat insulating construction of the structure.SOLUTION: Provided are a first airtight sheet material 1, and a spacer member 2 composed of a three-dimensional knitted fabric stretched over the first airtight sheet material 1.
