PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an axial force introduction material for easily attaching even a joint mechanism easy in rigid joining, and capable of also holding even large precompression force, in a long size structural material of not substantially causing the expansion, even when incorporated into an earthquake-resistant reinforcement skeleton from the building outside.SOLUTION: When regulating the lengthwise direction of a building as the X direction, the depth as the Y direction and a height as the Z direction, an axial force introduction material 2 for maximally restraining an elongation caused in its earthquake-proof behavior inner constituting material, is applied to a partial constituting material in a YZ surface earthquake-proof external skeleton. A joining mechanism formed in an end part of a steel pipe 3 for forming an outer shell of its axial force introduction material 2, is a cross joint 5 interrupted-fixed in the lengthwise direction by quarterly differentiating a precompression force receiving seat 4 positioned on a steel pipe cross section and a steel pipe end, and in the steel pipe 3, a nut-fixed PC steel bar 7 is vertically inserted into respective quarterly differentiated spaces in the precompression force receiving seat 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
