PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a date stamp excellent in easiness-to-use, particularly, a date stamp built in a case with a replacement stamp, for easily executing replacement and a height adjustment of the replacement stamp by less labor.SOLUTION: The date stamp comprises a main case 7 for storing a printing unit 2, a cover cylinder 8, a fixed printing body 3 and a replacement stamp 70. The fixed printing body 3 can be changed in an attitude to an assembly attitude and a separation attitude to the main case 7. The replacement stamp 70 is constituted of a name printing body 71 and a holder 72. The holder 72 is detachably installed on a peripheral wall of a replacement window 29 provided in the fixed printing body 3. The fixed printing body 3 is put in the separation attitude, and the replacement stamp 70 is detachably operated to the fixed printing body 3 in a state of exposing the holder 72 to a free space of an outer surface of the main case 7. The name printing body 71 and the holder 72 are connected by a fastening screw 89, and a height adjustment structure for adjusting a height of a printing surface of the name printing body 71, is provided between the holder 72 and the fastening screw 89.
