PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate need for a user to acquire from the Internet, information of a commodity which the user purchases periodically, and to prevent the user from forgetting to purchase the commodity which the user purchases periodically.SOLUTION: An input terminal 4 sends purchase information that a user has input and includes a commodity which a user has purchased, a purchase date and a purchase quantity, to an information collection device 3. The information collection device 3 sends the purchase information to a purchase prediction device 1 through a cloud server 2. The purchase prediction device 1 calculates a purchase interval and a purchase quantity for each commodity based on the received purchase information, then, creates interval information including the purchase interval and purchase quantity for each commodity. The purchase prediction device 1 calculates a purchase schedule date of each commodity based on the purchase information and the interval information, then, if the purchase schedule date is in a determined period, creates presentation information for promoting purchase of the commodity, and then sends it to the information collection device 3. The information collection device 3 sends the presentation information to an output terminal 5 through the cloud server 2.
