PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supervising system that allows a supervisor to safely leave a supervised person and concentrate a work, an activity or the like.SOLUTION: A supervising system 1 applied to an institution 10 including a play room 11 where a supervised person resides and a working room 13 arranged adjacent to the play room 11 via a partition wall 12 having a transparent plate disposed in an upper part side and where a supervisor to supervise the supervised person resides is configured to comprise: a storage unit that stores contact destination information on the supervisor associated with identification information on the supervised person; and a control unit that receives the identification information on the supervised person issuing a predetermined request by a change in a facial expression, voice and the like, searches the storage unit on the basis of the received identification information on the supervised person and provides a notification of the effect that the supervised person issues the predetermined request to the contact destination corresponding to the supervised person.
