PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for actuating a shade module near a maximum operation point while maintaining an output current as an entire string even if a partial shade occurs in the string (solar cell module chain) constituted by connecting a plurality of solar cell modules in series.SOLUTION: An output voltage of a solar cell module chain is input to an inverter in which the output voltage is converted to an AC voltage and the AC voltage is applied to the solar cell module chain via a multistage voltage doubler rectifying circuit, thereby preferentially supplying a compensation current to a shade module. The compensation current enables an output current of the entire solar cell module chain to be maintained and, at the same time, impedance generated on a compensation current path can reduce an operating voltage of the shade module.
