PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for transferring a selected molecule into a target cell, by which the selected molecule can more efficiently be transferred than before, and a damage given to the target cell can be reduced, and to provide a selected molecule transfer device used for the same.SOLUTION: A method for transferring a selected molecule into a target cell or target tissue includes a step for bringing a transfer liquid which is a liquid containing the selected molecule into contact with the target cell or target tissue, and a step for bringing an aggregate comprising one or more selected from a group consisting of charged particles, excited atoms and excited molecules into contact with the transfer liquid and the target cell or the target tissue, wherein a capillary electrode is disposed on the opening portion side of a container for storing the transfer liquid apart from the transfer liquid; the capillary electrode has a jet opening of an aggregate precursor; the aggregate precursor is jetted from the jet opening of the capillary electrode to the transfer liquid; and, when contacting with the liquid, at least one portion of the aggregate precursor is changed into the aggregate.
