PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent paint leakage, and to allow certain fixed quantity discharge of paint in a syringe gun integrally provided with paint supply means.SOLUTION: A syringe gun is equipped with: a syringe part 2 with a paint discharge part; and a head part 3 which is integrally provided with the syringe part, and injects paint discharged from the syringe part 2 toward a work-piece. The syringe part 2 is equipped with: a syringe body; a paint pouch which is accommodated in the syringe body, and the inside of which is filled with the paint; a hydraulic fluid supply port and a hydraulic fluid circulation port formed in the syringe body. The head part is equipped with: a paint supply passage which has a paint acceptance port and a paint injection port; a needle which freely opens and closes the paint injection port by moving forward and backward; and an air supply passage for atomizing the paint discharged from the paint injection port by supplying air to the surroundings of the paint injection port, and injecting the atomized paint to a tip side by making the atomized paint into an arbitrary pattern.
