PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable securement of cut-off properties even when a cross-section of a pipeline material assumes a circular or square shape and even when the pipeline material is attached in an inclined manner, and to reliably and easily perform work on a construction site.SOLUTION: A flexible joint 1 includes a cylindrical flexible body 10 that is made of a thermoplastic elastomer-based waterproof material, a skeleton-side rigid pipe 20, and a pipe-side rigid pipe 30. The side of one end of the cylindrical flexible body 10 is bonded to an inner peripheral-side resin of the skeleton-side rigid pipe 20. The side of the other end of the cylindrical flexible body 10 is bonded to an outer peripheral-side resin of the pipe-side rigid pipe 30.
