PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transitional current measurement circuit and a measurement method for performing measurement with high reproducibility while preventing equipment from getting damaged during measurement operation of a transitional current which is generated on an electric/electronic apparatus when a turning ON/OFF operation is made on a power switch.;SOLUTION: The transitional current measurement circuit measures a transitional current by using a current measuring auxiliary apparatus including: a circuit configuration for stabilizing impedance on a power source line which is provided to a piece of equipment as an evaluation object; a circuit configuration for removing influences of impedance on a power source line which is provided to the power source side; and a switching circuit configuration which is disposed between the circuit configurations for controlling the timing to turn ON/OFF the power switch to generate a signal for triggering measurement.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
