Touch device and touch based folder control method of it. A touch device has a touch-based input interface and includes a touch-based folder control to create, move, or organize folders in response to input from a touch-based user interaction. The touch device receives input from a touch-based user interaction in the new folder in response to at least one object selected by the user interaction. The touch-based folder control visually arranges the new folder in a specific place on the home screen.
