A process for preparing biodiesel from renewable oil and fat catalyzed with inline dehydration is shown. the process uses a roh short-chain alcohol as an acacyl receptor, and uses a lipase as the catalyst to catalyze transesterification of oil and fat feedstock with said short-chain alcohol to synthesize biodiesel; and dehydration in line with a membrane or molecular sieve is performed throughout the process or part of the reaction process. Such an in-line dehydration process greatly simplifies the operation procedure, and provides good economic and environmental benefits.
