The system of economic evaluation of health in poultry production system developed to assess the state of health of poultry produced in intensive systems and conduct economic analyses of the impact of this on the performance and quality of products from these animals.This system is characterized by holistic evaluation, where all the data existing in the production system are processed and establishes a clear methodology for collecting samples for clinical evaluation, collection of tissues, blood, feces, etc.) which allows the determination of the factor Mai S impacting on health and performance of these animals.As an example, it is suggested evaluation methodology of macroscopic analysis (necropsy) and microscopic (histopathology), where they are awarded degrees of intensity of lesions and its correlation with degrees of severity, establishing a total numerical value changes.
