The object of this patent is the stabilizing composition for consolidating clay and ilic soils in liquid solution form containing at least one organic compound in the form of aromatic or heterocyclic or alicyclic derivatives in the amount of 20-40% by weight of the total composition; at least one acidic surfactant in the amount of 2-10% by weight of the total composition; at least one trivalent metal compound in an amount of 1.0-2.5% by weight of the total composition; sulfuric acid, in an amount of up to 100% by weight of the total composition; the method of manufacture and the method of consolidation and stabilization of clay and ilitic soils using the stabilizer composition.
