"Detector for analysis of sulphite, the electrode nanoestruturado with multiple bicamadas of porphyrins and method for manufacture of the electrode. The present invention describes a detector of sulfite in wines, juices and concentrates, sugar cane juice by using an innovative structure and a new type of disposable electrode modified with nanostructured films of glass of porphyrins.It is revealed a method for the fabrication of these disposable electrodes conductive glass with surface modified with nanostructured films of porphyrins.
