5,15-Bis-pentafluorphenylporphyrin substituted in positions 10 and 20 with perbenzylated sucrose molecules as a substrate of matrix assisted supramolecular chirality amplification and the method of its preparation

The subject of the solution is a process for preparing compounds of formula 1 in which Bz is benzoyl which involves condensing 1,3,4-tri-O-benzoyl-6-deoxy-6-(1H-pyrrol-2-yl)-6-(1H-pyrrole -3-yl)-.beta.-D-fruktofuranosyl-2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzoyl-alpha-D-glucopyranoside with pentafluorobenzaldehyde under catalysis of the trifluoroacetic acid. The compound according to the solution is applicable for the production of electrochemical sensors and products serving as detectors and transmitters of selected substrates and as chiral scaffolding allowing e.g. the enantioselective reaction path.
