A hair harvesting and hair transplantation device with a hair harvesting device with gripping device, needle for harvesting hair follicles from the donor region and a gripping device to grip hair follicles and pulls inside the needle and cuts the arrector pilli muscle of the hair follicle. The gripping devices moves backward and grips on to hair shaft and cuts arrector pilli muscle of hair follicle. The gripping device pulls hair follicle in to the needle. The needle with hair follicle pierces into scalp. The gripping device moves forward and follicular unit is slowly pushed inside the hypodermis and the device moves upward and releases the hair follicle and leaves hair follicle inside scalp. The harvester and implanter contains counter for sliding switch used for harvesting and implantation mechanical arrangement of gripping feature of the device is also provided in the device.
