In recent years, the natural fiber reinforced polymer composites have more attention and interest for development of environmental friendly material and partly replacing currently used synthetic fibers. The natural fibers are easily available, low price, recyclable, high specific strength and enough modulus material. Present experimental investigation deals with the mechanical and morphological behavior of wood-woven jute hybrid composites at cryogenic temperature. Hybrid composites were fabricated by hand lay-up technique in a mould. Statistical analysis of composite done by ANOVA table. Fabricated composites are treated at cryogenic temperature (77k) at various minutes. The mechanical performance of the cryogenically treated is investigated by varying the parameters such as density of wood, weight ratio of wood, thickness of woven jute and number of jute layer, alkaline treatment of wood and cryogenic treatment hours. The Morphological study of the laminated composites specimens at cryogenic conditions were compared with room temperature property by using SEM and XRD photographs.
