ABSTRACT Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are directed towards a computer and mobile implemented system for real time interaction, communication and assessment in an educational institution comprising of; a database configured to organize and store the information obtained from at least one of: admins communication device; a staff™s communication device; and a parents communication device, whereby the database is a cloud database compatible to run on a cloud computing platform; a registration logic configured to receive at least one of: a registration authentication data and an attendance data of at least one of the student and the teacher from the admin™s communication device, whereby the registration logic is regulated by the admin through admin™s communication device;a communication logic configured to facilitate communication between at least one of the admins communication device; the staff™s communication device; and the parents communication device, whereby the communication is configured to occur in at least one of: unidirectional; bi-directional and multidirectional ways; a curriculum logic configured to facilitate interactions referring to the curriculum of the educational institution, whereby the interactions may be related to atleast one of: schedule of the classes for the students; examination schedule for the students; assignment updates for the students; examination related updates for the students; and progress report for the students; and a surveillance logic configured to perform at least one of: scrutinizing the movement of at least one of the staff and students; tracking of the attendance of atleast one of: the staff and the students; and managing the visitor™s access to the student whereby the surveillance logic is regulated by the admin through admin™s communication device.
