Every year more than 1.2 million people die across the globe due to road crashes. According to Bureau of Indian, standard (BIS), In 2014. total 9,748 accidents reported due to tyre burst while 3,37.1 persons killed and 9,081 persons have been injured. The number of accidents caused by burst tyre is on increase. Long trips, heavy load, high speed, higher temperature, overloading; increases wear of tyre and put additional stress on it which causes bursting of tyre. If either of front tyre burst, it is difficult for driver to control the vehicle. This may lead into a dangerous accident and cost someones life as well as property damage. The invention of Auxiliary system to prevent accidents due to bursting of frontal tyres of heavy vehicle will be better solution on the above problems. Designed system damped out impact load and allow driver to control vehicle if frontal tyre burst. This system add extra safety feature to the vehicle. Implementation of proposed design in heavy vehicles can save someones life, as well as accidental damage can be prevented.
