1. The Fabrication of fly ash powder reinforced aluminium alloy composites for gear using casting technique. 2. Aluminium alloy composites content is (AA8011 as base matrix and 4% fly ash powder as reinforcement). 3. Dry sliding wear test is carried out on proposed fly ash powder reinforced aluminium alloy composites as in claim 1 using 20 specimen tester. 4. The reinforced aluminium alloy composite material is tested and the results for wear resistance are obtained as sliding wear rate for operating parameter such as sliding velocity ,tirrie and load 5. The dry sliding wear behavior of AA 8011-4 % fly ash is nonlinear
