The present disclosure is related to a system and method for the recognition and registration of related information with commercial advertisements allowing a listener to retrieve information about advertising that seemed interesting through an electronic device, without the need to write something down or being completely aware of the advertising information; where a recognition tool in a mobile device uses the device's microphone for monitoring corresponding sounds with the advertisements which have a previously assigned coded identifier to each one of them.
