The RTM Light process is a vacuum molded resin injection process of lightweight patterns, using natural jute and coconut fibers as a reinforcing material. The resulting composite material is a piece with specific characteristics, designed to be employed in the automotive branch, as in the case of this invention. As an entirely chemical process (a blend of polyester resin with natural fibers) the ecological impact is highly significant, thereby the main contribution of this invention is to reduce by 40% to 60% the incidence of pollution generated by said element when discarded.
